Happiness doesn’t have to come from a big vacation

A bonus or promotion at work

A life changing event like marriage, buying a house, or having a baby.

Happiness can come from the small things in life.

The things we often overlook

The simple things

Like a really good cup of coffee

A beautiful sunset

In this crazy busy world we live in, finding joy in the little things helps break the monotony

It keeps us moving forward

It gives us a reason to wake up each day

When life sometimes feels like it's too much, I challenge myself to find one thing each day that brings me joy

Each joy adds up creating more and more happiness.

Allowing me to feel alive and free.

Now I challenge you.

Find one thing that made you smile each day

Do this for 30 days

Start today

You might just be surprised by what you notice
